Her heart misgives her for her vow,

BOATS BENEATH A SUMMER SKY
The air is filled with a dreamy and magical light, the landscape lay as if newly created in all the freshness of childhood, near the shore the children play with boats beneath a summer sky. The splendid scenery of the sky unrolls on high, on a sapphire sea boats beneath a summer sun sail like golden galleons.

CASTLES MADE OF SAND
Sandy walls rise from the beach, turrets stretch to touch the skies, a summer kingdom is born near the sea, its castles made of sand. Castles made of sand, domes, citadels, and spires are soon washed away in the summer sea, but the fantasies of childhood ebb eternal.

COTTAGE COUNTRY
Rest is not idleness, and to lie sometimes in the shade by the dock on a summer day listening to the murmur of water, or watching the clouds float across the sky, is hardly a waste of time. Idyllic days pass by timelessly, the world spins round uncaringly, the waters flow on eternally. Paradise is found in a passing moment of time here in cottage country.

THE CROQUET MATCH
In the gay summertime, in the cool garden, the roses spread their cream and scarlet petals on the gentle wind, as the young maidens and gents play their croquet match under the spreading trees. Standing with mallet in hand, mingling together in the shade, the scent of mignonette in the air, such a pleasant way to pass a lazy day playing a croquet match.

What is one to say about June, the time of perfect young summer, the fulfillment of the promise of the earlier months, and with as yet no sign to remind one that its fresh young beauty will ever fade. It is a sultry day, the sun has drunk the dew that lay upon the morning grass. All is silent, save the faint and uninterrupted murmur of the placid lake. A fishing expedition is underway at the first rays on a summer morn.

Listening to lazy buzzing bees,

FISHING ON A MIDSUMMER NIGHT
Two rods are dapping for river bass on Old Red River. Our lines each make a bosomy downwind curve as two bushy flies ballet dance on moonstruck water. A spinnaker line has straightened. The water explodes and shoots a bass into the air, while one bushy fly still dances on the moving glitter.

FLIGHT ON A SUMMER BREEZE
On a cool evening summer breeze, a flock of geese arrives, sculling along as their wings push against the air with strokes silent and synchronized. Each bird like an oarsman, engaged together to get to their destination, the lead goose in their V formation encourages them on.
