Senior
barrister Sir Wilfrid Robarts agrees to defend Leonard Vole. Leonard is
accused of murdering Emily French. Sir Wilfrid is later shocked when

as a witness for the prosecution; however, Christine concocts a devious
plot and Leonard is subsequently acquitted in a surprising plot twist.
