ON THE THIRD DAY

Very early in the morning, on the first day of the week, they came to the tomb when the sun had risen. They saw that the stone had been rolled away, and entering the tomb, they saw a young man. He said to them, “You seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He is risen!”

PALM SUNDAY

THE RESURRECTION
On the third day, several women went to the tomb to anoint the body of Jesus. A violent earthquake took place as an angel from heaven rolled back the stone. The angel announced that Jesus was no longer in the tomb. "He is risen, just as he said." Jesus met the women and said to them, "Do not be afraid. Go tell my brothers to go to Galilee. There they will see me."

REVELATION

It was nine in the morning when they crucified Jesus. The written notice of the charge against him read: the king of the Jews.They crucified two rebels with him, one on his right and one on his left. At noon, darkness came over the whole land until three in the afternoon. With a loud cry, Jesus breathed his last. Then there was silence.
